Deliver compassionate, person-centred NDIS support in home and community settings across Greater Hobart — personal care, daily living assistance and community participation.
Join our Launceston team supporting NDIS participants with daily activities, social outings and independent living skills in the community.
Lead daily support for participants with complex needs, mentor junior staff and uphold best-practice care aligned with NDIS Practice Standards.
Help NDIS participants navigate their plans, connect with quality providers and build capacity toward their goals — Level 2 or Level 3 coordination.

Requirements vary by role. Disability Support Worker positions typically require a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent experience), a current driver's licence and NDIS Worker Screening. We welcome enquiries from candidates at all stages of their career.
